gexgex.com offers package and mail forwarding services along with package consolidation services from the U.S. to other countries throughout the world. When you sign up for an account you will receive a U.S. address and suite number where you can receive your packages. When Gexgex receives a package addressed to you, we will notify you and post the package on your Account landing page. After you've utilized the services available with your new account, completed the customs forms and selected your shipping, we will send the package on to your address in your home country in accordance with your instructions. Gexgex offers two different types of accounts: A Free Account and a Premium membership with options for an annual fee or month-to-month invoicing. With a Free Account, your shipment will be sent to you in the same package that we receive. With a Premium membership, we can, upon your request, consolidate multiple packages into a new box, saving you substantially on your international shipping costs.
Our Privacy Policy
TThe information we obtain through your use of any part of the website, whether through the registration process or otherwise, is subject to the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") posted on the website, which is incorporated into this agreement for reference. Denied Persons

Fund your account
Customers must deposit funds into their account to pay postage, membership fees, duties and taxes (if applicable), and package handling fees. The cardholder information submitted during the deposit needs to match the information on the Gexgex account. gexgex.com reserves the right to put the account on a safe hold because any account is different.
Unless you notify us before the renewal date, premium membership subscriptions (monthly and yearly) will automatically renew and must be cleared before the packages in the suite are processed.
Dormant account
Accounts that have been idle for more than 5 years will be considered dormant or abandoned. The balance of a dormant or abandoned account will be forfeited and your account will be closed. You can refund your account balance at any time before 5 years of inactivity.
Billing problem
The customer is responsible for reviewing all costs of Gexgex. Any suspicious billing differences must be reported to Gexgex within 30 days of the billing date. After 30 days, no fees will be refunded.

Before using the service, you must open a Gexgex Account by filling out the "Gexgex Account Settings" form with true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself ("Registration Information"). Account verification

Security
Sometimes there are discrepancies in account status or payments or other issues that cause us to secure the account. We will promptly inform you of the status of your secure reservations and tell you how to help us resolve any reservations related to your account.
U.S. export regulations
Gexgex customers must export products from the United States and the Department of Homeland Security in accordance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Treasury, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol. As a customer of Gexgex, you agree not to export, re-export, or re-export these goods to any country where the United States imposes embargoes or trade sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somali Sultan, or the United States requiring them to export License to any destination without first obtaining such a license. Packaging with letters and magazines
Most Gexgex customers use our services only for packages and not for forwarding letters, magazines or items received by the US Postal Service. For this reason, and because of special requirements for receiving and forwarding US mail, our default process is to discard (recycle) all mail we receive. However, if you want us to receive and forward letters and / or magazines for you, just note it on your Gexgex account page. In order to be eligible to forward letters, your account verification must include a notarized Form 1583 and two other forms of identification. If we do not have these files, we will discard your mail. We do not forward government issued IDs, credit cards, gift cards, etc.
address
Every package sent to Gexgex must be processed correctly. Your correct name and Gexgex mailbox / suite number must be written on each package. If the package arrives with an incorrect or incomplete address (for example, a missing mailbox number or an unknown or misspelled name), Gexgex will try to determine who it belongs to. If Gexgex can determine the owner of the package, it will be entered into the correct mailbox and we will charge a $ 5 address correction fee. If the owner cannot be identified and a claim with tracking information is not provided within 30 days of the package's arrival, Shiphip will dispose of the package at its sole discretion.
storage
A free account gets 30 days of free storage space, and if your package exceeds the storage period, the package will be considered abandoned and processed immediately.
f a package is merged / combined with another package, the storage time limit will be based on the date of the first / earliest package arrival. Adding a package to a merged / merged package does not reset the storage time.
Abandoned parcel
f we receive the package but do not receive the fees and documents you need within 30 days, we will consider the package to be abandoned. Gexgex will process abandoned packages.
Package rejection / return to sender
We cannot refuse to receive a package from a carrier. After the package is processed into your account with a special request, the package can be returned to the supplier for a small fee.
Oversized packaging
Oversized package means any package that exceeds the size or weight limits specified in the Gexgex calculator and the designated carrier. If oversized packages exceed the limits of the Gexgex calculator and designated carriers, these packages will need to be split, reduced, disposed of or returned to the sender.
Packaging photos
According to your requirements, Gexgex will open the package and take photos so that you can confirm the correctness and condition of the product before requesting mailing.
merge
Gexgex will not be held liable for lost items in the merged package without proof that we received the missing items. Therefore, we strongly urge you to make a special request to Gexgex to check and take a photo of the contents of each package again upon arrival and during the merger process so that you can confirm that all expected items have been included. You need to request all photo requests before merging.
Merging packages does not reset the storage time. The storage will be based on the first / oldest package that reached Gexgex in the merge
Unless you ask otherwise, we will delete all directories during the merge. Catalogs increase shipping costs and most customers want to remove them.
Customer Responsibilities
Import and export documents
The customer is responsible for determining and complying with their shipping regulations, including all customs requirements in the country of destination. Gexgex does not guarantee delivery of packages that do not comply with US export regulations or import regulations of the sending country.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all customs declarations and documents, and all customs duties in the country of destination. Any such duties or fees do not include fees earned by Gexgex for its package / mail forwarding services.
You acknowledge that you are responsible and fully responsible for providing all the information required by national laws and U.S. laws and regulations as the final destination of the package, including but not limited to the information required by 15 CFR seconds 30 All records are maintained by applicable customs or other government agency laws. transport
Gexgex ships only by the shipping method provided by the shipping calculator shown on gexgex.com. Gexgex is not responsible for the actual shipping service you choose. All terms and conditions of the selected transportation service (USPS, FedEx, etc.) apply to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipment of the package is not restricted by its content, size or volume.
Except for returning to the original shipper or merchant, Gexgex does not accept prepaid labels for shipping.
Gexgex does not ship packages to other parcel forwarders.
If the contents of the package (illegal goods) are suspected or for any actual reason, Gexgex is authorized to open the package.
Any issues related to the received package must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Other regulations
You agree to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your access and use of gexgex.com. You may not collect personal data (including email addresses) from gexgex.com, and in particular, you may not use email addresses displayed on our website to ask users to join or contribute to your service. We have the right to investigate and prosecute any violation of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. Problems shipping to the Gexgex facility
It is your responsibility to confirm that the package has arrived at your warehouse, which you ordered from the merchant. Parcel loss and loss

termination
